The ability of supply chains to anticipate, prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptions. Post-pandemic and amid geopolitical tensions, resilience has moved from an operational concern to a strategic priority. Strategies include nearshoring, friend-shoring, dual sourcing, and strategic stockpiling of critical components.
